Hey!, I recently went to a seminar/open house event at Jack Pizzo's facility on Pine Rd, in/near Leland Il, (near Somonauk Il), extreme southern Dekalb County). Someone was giving a fantastic presentation on the same issues- retention of water run-off thru the use of underground storage and use of/with rain gardens.
The importance of this technology was really emphasized by the heavy rains that came later in the afternoon!
