Hello Prairie Rivers folks,

Last week I launched the Water Words That Work website to help nature
protection and pollution control scientists, engineers, activists,
regulators, and other experts communicate more effectively with the general
public.

Water Words draws on more than 200 public opinion polls, surveys, and focus
groups to determine what words persuade, confuse, or inadvertently offend
the public when you speak and write about water and creeks, rivers, lakes,
and coastlines. I deliver the information with a lively mix of charts,
writing, video, and audio.
