The Middle Fork, Illinois’ only National Scenic River, needs your voice! Dynegy has applied to Illinois EPA for a 401 Water Quality Certification for their proposed plan to dump a big pile of stones on the banks of the Middle Fork. Illinois EPA is holding a public hearing on the water quality impacts of the project on March 26th at 6pm in Danville.
