About Prairie Rivers Network
At Prairie Rivers Network (PRN) we protect water, heal land, and inspire change. Using the creative power of science, law, and collective action, we protect and restore our rivers, return healthy soils and diverse wildlife to our lands, and transform how we care for the earth and for each other. Our programs confront many of the root causes of environmental degradation in Illinois while addressing the sources and impacts of climate change and advancing just and equitable solutions.

The Interim Communications Director will help educate and empower people to stand up for their local lands, waters, and wildlife.
This is a full-time position through December 31, 2024. Promotion of this position to permanent Communications Director will be decided no later than December 15, 2024 and will be contingent upon employee performance and PRN’s financial position.
